About Blind Spot

Blind Spot is a race where nobody sees the same thing. Everyone shares the same live board of drifting orbs, but no two players see it the same way: each player gets a personal view such as tunnel vision, a dark half of the board, heavy blur, no colours, or faint orbs, and the views rotate every round. Orbs are worth 10, 20, or 35 points, with the smallest, fastest ones paying the most, and every orb's value decays the longer it sits unclaimed, so hesitation is expensive. Rounds last 60 seconds, orbs speed up as the game goes on across 5 rounds, and the player with the highest total wins.

Blind Spot Rules

  • Every player gets a personal view that hides or blurs part of the shared board, and the views rotate each round.
  • Orbs spawn continuously and drift around the board. Click an orb to claim it before anyone else does.
  • Orbs come in three tiers: big 10-point orbs, medium 20-point orbs, and small 35-point orbs.
  • An orb's value decays the longer it goes unclaimed, down to a floor, so fresh spawns pay best.
  • Each round lasts 60 seconds and orbs move faster in later rounds.
  • After 5 rounds, the player with the highest total score wins.

Tips to Win

  • Learn your view in the first seconds of each round and position your attention where you can actually see.
  • With tunnel vision, camp the center; with a dark half, own your visible side completely.
  • Chase fresh spawns. A 35-point orb claimed late can pay less than a 10-point orb claimed instantly.
  • Small orbs are worth more but move fast; commit to the click instead of chasing the cursor behind them.
  • Track the round counter. Speeds climb every round, so bank points early before the board turns chaotic.

Best for

For groups who want a fast, funny, genuinely unfair-feeling arcade scramble where everyone is handicapped differently. It works from 2 players up to a full lobby of 12, needs zero explanation beyond "click the orbs", and the rotating views keep rematches fresh because nobody keeps the same disadvantage twice.

Blind Spot FAQ

Yes, the orbs are identical for everyone. What differs is your personal view, which limits how much of that board you can actually see.

Six: left side dark, right side dark, tunnel vision, no colours, blurry, and faint. Your view changes each round.

Orb values decay the longer the orb sits unclaimed, down to a minimum. Claim orbs soon after they spawn for full value.

Five rounds of 60 seconds each, so a complete game runs about 5 to 10 minutes with recaps.
