Overview
Game Night Central uses Paddle.com as its Merchant of Record for all purchases. Paddle handles payment processing, tax compliance, fraud prevention, and buyer support. This page explains how refunds work on Game Night Central.
For full details on Paddle's refund handling, please review Paddle's Buyer Terms and Paddle's Refund Policy.
Premium Virtual Currency (Nano Cores)
Nano Cores are premium virtual currency used exclusively inside Game Night Central. They have no cash value, are not a banked balance, cannot be transferred outside the service, and cannot be redeemed for real money.
Nano Core purchases are generally non-refundable once credited to your account, exchanged, redeemed, or used in-game, except where Paddle or applicable consumer protection law requires otherwise.
Common Credits
Credits earned through gameplay, conversions, promotions, or admin grants have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, and are non-refundable.
Digital Items and Cosmetics
Virtual items, cosmetics, packs, boosts, titles, banners, effects, themes, and similar digital content are licensed to your account for personal use in the service. They are considered delivered when added to your account, unlocked by membership, or otherwise made available through the service.
Memberships
Memberships are recurring subscriptions managed through Paddle. If you cancel a membership, the cancellation stops the next renewal. It does not automatically refund the current billing period you already paid for.
You will keep your paid membership benefits until the end of the current paid billing period.
When You May Be Eligible for a Refund
You may be eligible for a refund if:
- A purchased item was not delivered or credited to your account;
- You were charged more than once for the same purchase;
- A technical issue prevented you from using a purchased item or membership;
- Applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction requires a refund.
How to Request a Refund
If something is not working, missing, duplicated, or charged incorrectly:
- Option 1: Open a support ticket through our Contact page and include your account details and a description of the issue. Our support team will review it and help resolve the problem.
- Option 2: Contact Paddle directly using the receipt email you received after your purchase. Paddle, as the Merchant of Record, handles payment-related refund decisions under their Buyer Terms and Refund Policy.
Your Legal Rights
Nothing in this policy limits legal rights that cannot be waived, including rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws for faulty, unavailable, misdescribed, or legally refundable products.
We may change, rebalance, retire, replace, or remove virtual items, prices, features, games, memberships, rewards, and in-game economy values as the service evolves.
