Terms of Use

You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. You agree not to misuse the service, disrupt games, exploit bugs, interfere with security, impersonate others, harass users, threaten users, groom minors, or use the service for illegal or harmful activity.

Users cannot upload files or custom media to Game Night Central. You may submit text through chat, feedback, support tickets, contact forms, tester applications, display names, and gameplay interactions. You are responsible for the text and actions you submit.

Game Night Central and its website content, game content, software, graphics, logos, shop items, preset avatars, and other materials are owned by us or our licensors. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service for personal entertainment according to these Terms.

You may not:

• copy, sell, sublicense, scrape, mirror, or commercially exploit the service or its materials without permission;
• modify, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract source code except where applicable law allows it;
• remove copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices;
• use bots, automation, exploits, or unauthorized scripts to interact with the service;
• use the service in a way that infringes another person's rights.

Game Night Central may provide direct messaging or other communication features so users can coordinate with friends. You agree not to use these features for harassment, threats, grooming, scams, spam, illegal activity, or sharing highly sensitive personal information.

To help protect users, messages may be stored, scanned by automated safety systems, flagged, reported, and reviewed by administrators. We may suspend, restrict, or remove accounts that violate these Terms or create safety risks.

Our checkout is provided by Paddle.com. Paddle acts as the Merchant of Record for purchases and may handle payment processing, tax, fraud prevention, refunds, and buyer support.

By making a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to Paddle's Buyer Terms, Paddle's Refund Policy, and Paddle's Privacy Policy.

Premium Nano Cores: Nano Cores are premium virtual currency used only inside Game Night Central. They have no cash value, are not a banked balance, cannot be transferred outside the service, and cannot be redeemed for money. Nano Core purchases are generally non-refundable once credited to your account, exchanged, redeemed, or used in-game, except where Paddle or applicable consumer protection law requires otherwise.

Common Credits: Credits earned through gameplay, conversions, promotions, or admin grants have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, and are non-refundable.

Digital gear and cosmetics: Virtual items, cosmetics, packs, boosts, titles, banners, effects, themes, and similar digital content are licensed to your account for personal use in the service. They are considered delivered when added to your account, unlocked by membership, or otherwise made available through the service.

Memberships: Memberships are recurring subscriptions. If you cancel a membership, the cancellation stops the next renewal. It does not automatically refund the month or billing period you already paid for. You will normally keep your paid membership benefits until the end of that paid billing period.

Refunds and purchase problems: Paddle is the Merchant of Record for paid purchases and handles payment-related refund decisions under Paddle's Buyer Terms, Paddle's Refund Policy, and applicable consumer protection laws. If something is not working, missing, duplicated, or charged incorrectly, you can open a ticket through the site and our support team will help review the issue.

Nothing in these Terms limits legal rights that cannot be waived, including rights you may have for faulty, unavailable, misdescribed, or legally refundable products.

We may change, rebalance, retire, replace, or remove virtual items, prices, features, games, memberships, rewards, and in-game economy values as the service evolves.
